Ken D’Arcy

Chief Executive Officer of RemArms, LLC and public face of the Remington firearms business since 2020

Identification

According to the Verified Complaint, Ken D’Arcy is, upon information and belief, a citizen of Canada and a resident of Texas who “at all relevant times held himself out as Chief Executive Officer of RemArms, LLC and the Remington firearms business.” (Verified Complaint ¶12.) He has served as the company’s chief executive since the Roundhill acquisition era and has been its most visible public spokesperson.

Public Statements of Record

In the official Office of the Governor of Georgia press release of November 8, 2021 (Exhibit A to the Verified Complaint), D’Arcy is quoted:

“We are very excited to come to Georgia, a state that not only welcomes business but enthusiastically supports and welcomes companies in the firearms industry.”

The announcement accompanied the publicly stated commitment of approximately 856 jobs over five years in Troup County and the establishment of a global headquarters in LaGrange. (¶¶26–26-A.)
